To prepare this, you will need Your already blended Egusi Blended crayfish and pepper (preferably yellow pepper) Palm oil Stock fish (Okporoko) Onions Ugu leaf (pumpkin leaf) Uziza leaf (false cube leaf) Locust beans Salt Seasoning cube Kponmo (Cow hides) Meat Dried fish Recipe: After cleaning your kponmo, meat and stock fish set aside. Boil a small amount of water then put your dried fish in a bowl, when the water is ready, pour over the dried fish and set aside. Boil your meat, stock fish and kponmo in a pot when ready set aside. Put your pot on heat, when hot pour your red oil and allow to be a bit hot, add your already diced onion, blended crayfish and pepper, and allow to fry for 2 minutes.
