My special fried rice and cole slaw recipe: Hello everyone. How's the holiday going? Mine is going on smoothly. So I would be sharing my favourite Friend rice and Cole slaw recipe as my Xmas/ Newyear give away. Yes, you heard right. It’s a freebie... So let me introduce you all to the Ingredients Rice Groundnut oil Onions Spring onions Green pepper Pepper Carrot Sweet corn Green peas Green beans Sausage/liver ( this depends on which is available) Chicken stock Curry Thyme Seasoning cubes Preparation Wash and Parboil the rice just for few minutes.  Drain the rice and add your chicken stock to the rice, spice your rice with your curry and thyme. The curry should be enough to bring out that color in your rice. Add salt, some seasoning cubes and water enough to cook rice. Allow Rice to cook till it's soft enough to eat. Keep aside. Wash and neatly chop your vegetables and keep aside too. Wash and boil your liver till it is well cooked....

There is a time to say yes and a time to give No as an answer. No matter how kind and loving and very emotional you are, there are times you might need to say No. So as much as I hate to have my child cry over a request I can grant but there are times I need to be firm and give No as an answer for reasons best known to me. In the same vein, we should set boundaries and know when to draw the lines when dealing with others, with our relationships, and businesses. It is ok to say No, no one needs to agree with your decision. Don't suppress your needs and emotions because you want to please him or her. Setting boundaries is healthy. I have learned and practiced setting boundaries and it has helped me a great deal. It has equally helped my finance. I have always admired this Mrs. A from afar and she has been such an inspiration to me. Being part of the life series with Ibukun Awosika is definitely one of my highlights of 2019. It was knowledge-filled and there were so many amazing speakers present. Just like we started this year, it’s gradually coming to an end.  While some were able to accomplish most or all of their listed set goals.  Others can’t even point out to a thing they had accomplished and they are wondering how long such situations would go on. I was so emotional about the whole thing and was a bit teary but i felt so inspired. I am sure most of us have heard of the name " Kechi Okwuchi", she was one of the survivors of the Sosoliso Airline Flight 1145, she was also a contestant and a finalist of the twelfth season of America's Got talent. She received third-degree burns from the plane crash. This was a flight that claimed 107 lives of which 60 were her school mates and she was the only one who made it amongst them.
