Say No to suicide!

You need you to move forward. There are times when you feel like your whole world has crumbled, times when things aren't working the way you planned, times when you lost someone so dear and you are still trying to understand the mystery of death. Times when you don't find fulfillment in what you do, times when you feel if you cry your eyes out it will be of great help to you. Times when you feel you have got no one but you.

Life is a race, it takes determination, fitness and being focused to get to the finish line. There will be distractions but you are that drive you need to forge ahead. See you as your number one cheerleader, see you as a force that pushes you to become more. If you don't believe in your self, then who will?

Taking/ Making decisions is a very crucial part of a Man's life which could either make or mar you. If you give up your life for any man, it would only take a while for the bereaved to mourn and after that life goes on. See life has that race you have to run and make it to the finish line despite the obstructions and distractions. Don't forget you are unstoppable. Don't just finish but Finish strong.

Everyone can give advice to you but the day you decide to make that change is the day you become the driving force you need to forge ahead. You can only make it happen. Only you can!

So what if you have fallen out of that relationship severally, what if you have been bullied, what if you have been cheated on, lied to. It doesn't matter. You are only a failure when you accept the verdict of others about you. No matter how much your life has been shattered. You can pick it up and put it all together and forge ahead.

You are the only drive you need to forge ahead.

Say No to Suicide!

Choose to live.

GOOD BYE TO 2024 : WELCOME TO THE NEW YEAR 2025!

Greetings, Friends Since I haven't been here in a long time, I know that some of you must have moved on, even though I know that many of you would be speculating about my return. I'm apologizing publicly for being away for so long. To be honest, 2024 was a lot for me; I needed to do more reflection. Let us begin the new year with a heartfelt congrats. I'd like to wish everyone a happy new year. We can never get 2024 back, no matter how much we make or lose. It has only been added to a list of the years you have spent on this planet. It's only the second day of the year, but it's already a new year. Here's a little math exercise: We have 363 days remaining if we subtract two days from the 365-day year. This means that we have plenty of time to get our plans for the year off the ground. Watch this space because I will be sharing a lot with you this year. I pray that the new year brings us all good health, joy, peace, love, and unity and that we continue to be acc...

My Uk life Series - The Beginning (Planning)

Hi Friends, This has been long overdue but I think I am in a good place to begin this series. Travelling has never been something on my list. Even as kids, I would constantly say I loved it in my home country ‘Nigeria’ and wasn’t going anywhere. I never knew God had other plans. I recalled making enquiries about Canada’s Permanent Residency and how you had to take the IELTS as part of the requirement. All of a sudden, I was intrigued and tried it. I also made an effort to persuade my husband to do the same, but he shared my perspective and wasn't thrilled about the prospect of living abroad. In any case, we both completed the IELTS and got started on the procedure, but we gave it up since we had a more important assignment that needed our full focus.   In 2021, we decided to relocate to the United Kingdom. At first, it was difficult because I was only starting to adjust to a new state and environment after resigning my 9 to 5 job, and now I had to relocate once more. I wasn't...

How to cope in a Challenging situation

Hello everyone. I am aware it's been a minute here. I've been saddled with a lot of obligations, and juggling them all has proven challenging. Prioritising has been really difficult, but it's also crucial to strike a balance between work and personal life. I'm aware that having many obligations can sometimes make us feel completely overwhelmed, which is why I'll be sharing a few strategies that have helped me succeed in demanding circumstances.                               Identifying the Challenge Identifying the thing you refer to as the "challenge" is the initial coping strategy. Do you need to alter anything in your routine? Do you require a piece of equipment to make housework less stressful? Perhaps you need to prepare your meals for the upcoming week. Is it possible that you are becoming proficient in your current position and require a change of scenery?... Your ability to deal with or handle an issue im...
