So I woke up this morning wondering what to prepare for the family for breakfast, and I quickly came up with a beautiful idea to make this simple Veggie white rice with gizzard-snail sauce. Ingredients needed are: Rice Carrot Pumpkin leaves (Ugu) Tomatoes Habanero Pepper (Atarodo) Red bell pepper (tatashe) Onions Garlic Vegetable Oil Snails Gizzards Eggs Seasoning cubes Curry Thyme Coriander Spice Salt Cucumber Tools needed are: Hand blender Pots  Spoon Serving plate How to make Veggie White rice with gizzard-snail sauce: The first thing to do is finely chop your carrot and pumpkin leaves into tiny bits.
