My all time favorite Banana Bread Recipe

Hello friends, It's been a while and a lot has been going on. I have missed being here and I am so happy that you take out time to read my post. I have wanted to share this Recipe with you for a while now, but I am so happy it is finally here .

The love for Banana Bread in my house is huge I am sure you would love it too.

For this recipe, you will need:

1 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
4  ripe Bananas
1 large egg
1/3 cup butter
1 tsp baking soda.

The first thing to do is to mash the ripe bananas.

Next, add butter to a mixing bowl and add 1/2 a cup of brown sugar to it. Mix till you have a smooth fluffy texture.

Add an egg and mix to ensure it combines properly. This can also be mixed by hand.

Add milk and mix to combine evenly. I added the flour and baking powder using a sieve to the mixture. Mix to ensure it combines properly, and now the last part is to add the mashed bananas to the mixture and combine using a spatula.

When this is done, pour batter into an already greased pan and bake in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes.

Insert a skewer or toothpick to check if it's ready, when this comes out clean, this means your banana bread is ready.

Please give this a try and let me know what you think. After I made this recipe, it has been on repeat in my house.😁😁😁

My birthday Thanksgiving/ Thanksgiving Jar

Hello friends, It's been a moment. Today is the 21st of May 2021, how amazing! Yesterday was so special to me, not only because several years ago on the 20th of May my joyful parents received a perfect gift from God but because looking back all I can see is the mighty hands of God. I got very heartwarming messages and I am eternally grateful for it. With our busy schedule taking out time to drop a message for me means I matter, and I truly appreciate you all. The previous year had its challenges but there is nothing as joyful as winning a war. I pray God shows up for you all amid the storm. I can't do without talking about the goodness of the mighty God. He is the reason I celebrated and was celebrated. All the glory belongs to him. To my immediate family My husband, Children, Mother, brothers, and sisters, you are the best thing after Jesus and I love you always. To my friends you all are special. I am grateful to have celebrated yesterday with you all. Every day of our lives...

GOOD BYE TO 2024 : WELCOME TO THE NEW YEAR 2025!

Greetings, Friends Since I haven't been here in a long time, I know that some of you must have moved on, even though I know that many of you would be speculating about my return. I'm apologizing publicly for being away for so long. To be honest, 2024 was a lot for me; I needed to do more reflection. Let us begin the new year with a heartfelt congrats. I'd like to wish everyone a happy new year. We can never get 2024 back, no matter how much we make or lose. It has only been added to a list of the years you have spent on this planet. It's only the second day of the year, but it's already a new year. Here's a little math exercise: We have 363 days remaining if we subtract two days from the 365-day year. This means that we have plenty of time to get our plans for the year off the ground. Watch this space because I will be sharing a lot with you this year. I pray that the new year brings us all good health, joy, peace, love, and unity and that we continue to be acc...

My Uk life Series - The Beginning (Planning)

Hi Friends, This has been long overdue but I think I am in a good place to begin this series. Travelling has never been something on my list. Even as kids, I would constantly say I loved it in my home country ‘Nigeria’ and wasn’t going anywhere. I never knew God had other plans. I recalled making enquiries about Canada’s Permanent Residency and how you had to take the IELTS as part of the requirement. All of a sudden, I was intrigued and tried it. I also made an effort to persuade my husband to do the same, but he shared my perspective and wasn't thrilled about the prospect of living abroad. In any case, we both completed the IELTS and got started on the procedure, but we gave it up since we had a more important assignment that needed our full focus.   In 2021, we decided to relocate to the United Kingdom. At first, it was difficult because I was only starting to adjust to a new state and environment after resigning my 9 to 5 job, and now I had to relocate once more. I wasn't...
