Life Update, End sars Protest, and ...

Hello friends,  it's been a while here and it feels like I have been off for too long, My apologies.  A lot has happened in Nigeria and the world at large. Firstly the Pandemic and a day Nigerians will never forget, ' October 20th, 2020. #lekkimasaccre

That should be a day set aside to honour those we lost. The brave ones who stood their ground and would never shift fighting for a better Nigeria for those born and unborn.

How would I speak of this day without talking about Dj switch. I am in awe of how brave she was. Even in the heat of the shootings and her own life at stake. She wouldn't bend and aired the whole event using her Instagram life.

May the souls of all we lost rest in peace.

Are you feeling the harmattan already?

It's going to be my favorite time of the year soon. Who else is excited about Christmas?

I will try to keep you updated and do a random post daily in December. Life has been happening and I have been so busy. I think the award of best mum should go to my mum. I keep asking myself how she was able to juggle work and raising 6 kids. Whew!

Have a lovely weekend!

Linda❤

My birthday Thanksgiving/ Thanksgiving Jar

Hello friends, It's been a moment. Today is the 21st of May 2021, how amazing! Yesterday was so special to me, not only because several years ago on the 20th of May my joyful parents received a perfect gift from God but because looking back all I can see is the mighty hands of God. I got very heartwarming messages and I am eternally grateful for it. With our busy schedule taking out time to drop a message for me means I matter, and I truly appreciate you all. The previous year had its challenges but there is nothing as joyful as winning a war. I pray God shows up for you all amid the storm. I can't do without talking about the goodness of the mighty God. He is the reason I celebrated and was celebrated. All the glory belongs to him. To my immediate family My husband, Children, Mother, brothers, and sisters, you are the best thing after Jesus and I love you always. To my friends you all are special. I am grateful to have celebrated yesterday with you all. Every day of our lives...

GOOD BYE TO 2024 : WELCOME TO THE NEW YEAR 2025!

Greetings, Friends Since I haven't been here in a long time, I know that some of you must have moved on, even though I know that many of you would be speculating about my return. I'm apologizing publicly for being away for so long. To be honest, 2024 was a lot for me; I needed to do more reflection. Let us begin the new year with a heartfelt congrats. I'd like to wish everyone a happy new year. We can never get 2024 back, no matter how much we make or lose. It has only been added to a list of the years you have spent on this planet. It's only the second day of the year, but it's already a new year. Here's a little math exercise: We have 363 days remaining if we subtract two days from the 365-day year. This means that we have plenty of time to get our plans for the year off the ground. Watch this space because I will be sharing a lot with you this year. I pray that the new year brings us all good health, joy, peace, love, and unity and that we continue to be acc...

My Uk life Series - The Beginning (Planning)

Hi Friends, This has been long overdue but I think I am in a good place to begin this series. Travelling has never been something on my list. Even as kids, I would constantly say I loved it in my home country ‘Nigeria’ and wasn’t going anywhere. I never knew God had other plans. I recalled making enquiries about Canada’s Permanent Residency and how you had to take the IELTS as part of the requirement. All of a sudden, I was intrigued and tried it. I also made an effort to persuade my husband to do the same, but he shared my perspective and wasn't thrilled about the prospect of living abroad. In any case, we both completed the IELTS and got started on the procedure, but we gave it up since we had a more important assignment that needed our full focus.   In 2021, we decided to relocate to the United Kingdom. At first, it was difficult because I was only starting to adjust to a new state and environment after resigning my 9 to 5 job, and now I had to relocate once more. I wasn't...
