- Bread rolls - N350 (mosh/food supermarket)
- Some cabbage - this can be gotten from any market.
- Lettuce
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Chicken patty - N1600 per pack ( Zartech)
- Mayonnaise and lastly
- Ketchup
- Rinse all vegetables, then chop into the desired size (preferably small) and set aside.
- Fried the chicken patty and set aside. If you prefer grilling you can go with that.
- Pour the ketchup and mayonnaise into a small bowl and mix together.
For the dressing/finishing:
- Take a bread roll, open it up and spread the mixture of the mayonnaise and ketchup on it
- Then neatly add the already fried chicken patty then the tomatoes, onions, cabbage and lastly the lettuce. You could add more mixture if you want, and voila hamburger is ready to eat and was served with a cup of cold tea.
I had fun making this simple snack. I hope you do too.
