Delicious Homemade Oat Coconut Banana Pancakes

Hello friends, trust you are good. Thinking about the perfect breakfast idea for the family. The Oat Coconut Banana Pancake is a healthy choice and also very tasty. I recently made this for my family, and they loved it.

The recipe for this Oat Coconut Banana Pancake is affordable and easily accessible.

The ingredients are:
  • All-purpose flour (1 cup)
  • Finely Blended Oat (1/2 cup)
  • Coconut flour (1/4 cup)
  • Baking powder (1/2 tbs)
  • Sugar (1 tbs)
  • Vegetable oil (1tbs)
  • Eggs (2 eggs)
  • Vanilla essence (1tsp)
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • A glass of milk

How is the Oat Coconut Banana Pancake made?

  • Get a sieve and a bowl, add a cup of the all-purpose flour into the sieve, ensure it sifts through. This will ensure it evenly combines with other ingredients.
  • Add 1/2 tbs of baking powder and allow it sifts through too.
  • Add 1/2 cup of the finely Blended Oat and also 1/4 of the coconut flour into the bowl.
  • Add a tbs of sugar
  • Mix together using a whisk and set the dry ingredients aside.
  • Using a fork or a masher, mash the bananas and set aside.
  • Beat the eggs using a fork, add some milk into the beaten eggs and mix.
  • Add the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients, using a whisk mix evenly.
  • Add some milk to the batter and mix.
  • Add the mashed bananas to the pancake mix and mix using a whisk till it's well combined
  • Add 1 tsp of vanilla essence to the mixture and mix.
  • Preheat your frypan, add just a little vegetable oil and add some pancake mix to the frypan
  • The perfect time to flip the pancake is when there are bubbles on it.
  • Fry till it's a bit brown on both sides, and there you go. Pancakes are ready to be eaten.

My birthday Thanksgiving/ Thanksgiving Jar

Hello friends, It's been a moment. Today is the 21st of May 2021, how amazing! Yesterday was so special to me, not only because several years ago on the 20th of May my joyful parents received a perfect gift from God but because looking back all I can see is the mighty hands of God. I got very heartwarming messages and I am eternally grateful for it. With our busy schedule taking out time to drop a message for me means I matter, and I truly appreciate you all. The previous year had its challenges but there is nothing as joyful as winning a war. I pray God shows up for you all amid the storm. I can't do without talking about the goodness of the mighty God. He is the reason I celebrated and was celebrated. All the glory belongs to him. To my immediate family My husband, Children, Mother, brothers, and sisters, you are the best thing after Jesus and I love you always. To my friends you all are special. I am grateful to have celebrated yesterday with you all. Every day of our lives...

GOOD BYE TO 2024 : WELCOME TO THE NEW YEAR 2025!

Greetings, Friends Since I haven't been here in a long time, I know that some of you must have moved on, even though I know that many of you would be speculating about my return. I'm apologizing publicly for being away for so long. To be honest, 2024 was a lot for me; I needed to do more reflection. Let us begin the new year with a heartfelt congrats. I'd like to wish everyone a happy new year. We can never get 2024 back, no matter how much we make or lose. It has only been added to a list of the years you have spent on this planet. It's only the second day of the year, but it's already a new year. Here's a little math exercise: We have 363 days remaining if we subtract two days from the 365-day year. This means that we have plenty of time to get our plans for the year off the ground. Watch this space because I will be sharing a lot with you this year. I pray that the new year brings us all good health, joy, peace, love, and unity and that we continue to be acc...

My Uk life Series - The Beginning (Planning)

Hi Friends, This has been long overdue but I think I am in a good place to begin this series. Travelling has never been something on my list. Even as kids, I would constantly say I loved it in my home country ‘Nigeria’ and wasn’t going anywhere. I never knew God had other plans. I recalled making enquiries about Canada’s Permanent Residency and how you had to take the IELTS as part of the requirement. All of a sudden, I was intrigued and tried it. I also made an effort to persuade my husband to do the same, but he shared my perspective and wasn't thrilled about the prospect of living abroad. In any case, we both completed the IELTS and got started on the procedure, but we gave it up since we had a more important assignment that needed our full focus.   In 2021, we decided to relocate to the United Kingdom. At first, it was difficult because I was only starting to adjust to a new state and environment after resigning my 9 to 5 job, and now I had to relocate once more. I wasn't...
