I know you all are familiar with Fried Plantain and Egg sauce, but have you thought about adding some greens to your egg sauce. Well, If you haven’t, let me introduce you to my latest addiction.
Whenever I add some Ugwu (pumpkin leaves) to egg sauce, it makes it taste even better.
So today I will be sharing this recipe with you. From the name, you already know Plantains, Eggs and Ugwu are part of the ingredients.
We will also need some vegetable oil, curry, thyme, seasoning cubes, salt to taste, some pepper, tomatoes and onions.
